A superhydrophobic ceria-based composite coating is developed to improve anticorrosion properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy, fabricating via chemical conversion method followed by hydrothermal treatment. The cerium conversion coating has a block structure with microcracks. After the hydrothermal treatment, a dense CeO2 layer, porous CeO2 nanorods, and stearic absorbing layers are grown stepwise on the conversion coating. And the composite coating is hydrophobic or even superhydrophobic and has almost no microcracks. As the hydrothermal reaction time increases, the water contact angle of the composite coating first increases and then decreases, and it reaches the maximum value of 152° after hydrothermal treatment for 4 h. Both the dense CeO2 layer and the superhydrophobic stearic absorbing layer can effectively prevent the electrolyte from contacting the substrate; the corrosion current density of the superhydrophobic composite coating is lower than that of the hydrophilic composite coating and the cerium conversion coating, and has the best corrosion resistance.  相似文献

Graphene-based heterostructure composite is a new type of advanced sensing material that includes composites of graphene with noble metals/metal oxides/metal sulfides/polymers and organic ligands. Exerting the synergistic effect of graphene and noble metals/metal oxides/metal sulfides/polymers and organic ligands is a new way to design advanced gas sensors for nitrogen-containing gas species including NH3 and NO2 to solve the problems such as poor stability, high working temperature, poor recovery, and poor selectivity. Different fabrication methods of graphene-based heterostructure composite are extensively studied, enabling massive progress in developing chemiresistive-type sensors for detecting the nitrogen-containing gas species. With the components of noble metals/metal oxides/metal sulfides/polymers and organic ligands which are composited with graphene, each material has its attractive and unique electrical properties. Consequently, the corresponding composite formed with graphene has different sensing characteristics. Furthermore, working ambient gas and response type can affect gas-sensitive characteristic parameters of graphene-based heterostructure composite sensing materials. Moreover, it requires particular attention in studying gas sensing mechanism of graphene-based heterostructure composite sensing materials for nitrogen-containing gas species. This review focuses on related scientific issues such as material synthesis methods, sensing performance, and gas sensing mechanism to discuss the technical challenges and several perspectives.  相似文献

采用在线汞测试方法,以山西省低热值煤电厂中掺烧的煤泥为研究对象,利用实验室小型流化床,研究煤泥中汞的热转化行为差异及共性特征、影响煤泥热转化过程中汞迁移的关键因素,以揭示煤泥热转化过程中汞污染物的迁移机理。结果表明,同一种煤泥,相同气氛,800、900、1 000 ℃下,燃烧温度对煤泥中的汞的释放比例没有变化;相同温度,汞的释放比例为氮气>空气>氧气。3种煤泥在相同燃烧条件下,汞的释放特征相似,元素汞的释放量和释放比例差异较大。释放量与煤泥中的汞含量正相关,释放比例与煤泥中汞的赋存形态有一定关系。  相似文献

Electrothermal materials can easily and controllably convert electric energy into heat energy, and are widely used in many electrothermal fields. In this paper, a series of conductive pastes were simply prepared by ball milling, and their rheological and electrothermal properties were studied. Phenolic resin was used as curing agent of epoxy resin and rheological modifier, which could make the paste have very good printing applicability. Ultrafine carbon(UC) powder has excellent dispersion effect. Sheet carbon materials such as graphite powder(GP), graphite nanosheet(GS) and graphene(GE) would improve the performance of paste using only UC as conductive filler. It was proved that GE with the smallest thickness has the most obvious lifting effect. UC was gathered around the graphene sheet, as a bridge between graphene sheets. GE could also be connected with each other to build a more effective and denser conductive path. The electrothermal film could reach 199°C under 30 V voltage, increasing by 254.7% compared with the electrothermal film with only UC as conductive filler. The electrothermal film had a short response time, good recyclability and excellent flexibility. The electrothermal film also had certain electromagnetic shielding efficiency. The electromagnetic shielding efficiency SE could reach about 20 dB at 30–1500 MHz, and the ratio of field strength before and after attenuation SE% could reach 97%?+?. This electrothermal film has simple preparation process, good printing applicability, controllable film resistance, excellent flexibility, fast response speed and good recyclability. It is suitable for large-scale preparation and has broad application prospects in many scenarios.

This paper reviews recent developments in learning-based adaptive optimal output regulation that aims to solve the problem of adaptive and optimal asymptotic tracking with disturbance rejection. The proposed framework aims to bring together two separate topics—output regulation and adaptive dynamic programming—that have been under extensive investigation due to their broad applications in modern control engineering. Under this framework, one can solve optimal output regulation problems of linear, partially linear, nonlinear, and multi-agent systems in a data-driven manner. We will also review some practical applications based on this framework, such as semi-autonomous vehicles, connected and autonomous vehicles, and nonlinear oscillators.  相似文献

Under the circumstance of perceptual consumption, it is still challenging to grasp consumer's emotions and demands due to the large search space, diversified preferences, and easy fatigue of consumers. To reduce user fatigue and enlarge search space, a novel method was presented to design and optimize the pattern of yarn-dyed plaid fabric using the isolation niche genetic algorithm and rough set theory. Each pattern was encoded as a chromosome based on the real number code. The population was initialized and evolved using INGA to maintain the diversity. The rough set theory was adopted as the fitness function of isolation niche genetic algorithm to extract the consumer's demands. After multiple evolutions, a large set of practical patterns of the yarn-dyed plaid fabric are obtained. Experiments were carried out by 24 testers of different ages and genders. The results prove that the proposed method based on the isolation niche genetic algorithm and rough set theory is feasible and effective, supplying references to the designer.  相似文献
